As the school prepares for the Vice President’s visit, Dean Pelton (Jim Rash) organizes the first student elections. Annie (Alison Brie), who is determined to win, is pitted in a tough battle against Jeff (Joel McHale), Leonard (Richard Erdman) and Star Burns (Dino Stamatopoulos). Meanwhile, Abed (Danny Pudi) has noticed the secret service agents casing the school and develops a clandestine friendship with special agent Robin Vohlers (Eliza Coupe). (iTunes)

Compared to the previous episode, this one was excellent, and you could tell the creators put in some effort. On a more serious note, the episode stuck to the same old routine, so it wasn't worth much. Still, I've got to give it credit — I wasn't bored this time, and some of the jokes got a slight chuckle out of me. / Lesson learned: Buy your own pen.
