Fei Hung's father has bequeathed the traditional Chinese medical clinic "Bo Chi Lam" to Fei Hung. Tyrant Shek Kin Colludes with some westerners to smuggle opium into the provincial capital. Fei Hung goes to stop the deal, but Shek Kidnaps Aunt Thirteen and threatens Fei Hung. He then makes up his mind to practice Kung Fu. On the opening day, Fei Hung defeats Shek At last.
