The Advent Calendar

Eva, an ex-dancer, is now confined to a wheelchair and unable to walk. Her monotonous life changes when her friend Sophie gives her an antique advent calendar to celebrate Christmas, a wooden object that has magical powers: each tiny window she opens contains a surprise that triggers repercussions in real life, some of them good, but most of them bad.
