Lorena Ramírez is a Mexican long-distance runner belonging to the Rarámuri or Tarahumara ethnic group (from the Chihuahua mountains) who won the first place in the Ultra Trail Cerro Rojo race, in which 500 athletes from 12 countries participated. Always dressed in sandals and traditional clothing, she refuses to wear conventional sportswear to run. (Guanajuato International Film Festival)
