Reviews (2)
A solid start with the cartel, on a completely different wave reminiscent of a Mexican version of Wolf of Wall Street with all its sophistication, elegance and low profile motto. The end is only slightly stirred up by Pacho with his dance and the following spread. ()
The first episode of the third season was unequivocally the weakest start of all three seasons, but still, I can't rate it lower than four stars. The gloomy Javier Peña entertained me too much for that. The absence of Pablo Escobar's character was very noticeable, even though the Cali cartel is led by a whole quartet of "bad boys", none of them has the necessary charisma to match Escobar. I'm curious about how (if at all) the character of Jorge Salceda will develop, I sense hidden potential there. 4* ()
