A corrupt judge on the run from the police decides to hide out in a mental asylum in order to escape arrest. Hoping to get to the bottom of the scam the judge was in on, a reporter/P.I. has him committed in order to smoke out the crooks. When the judge figures out his scheme, he starts a fight at the asylum, allowing a dangerous patient to escape. (official distributor synopsis)
