How can a father-daughter relationship develop? Can the movie be used as auto-therapy? Is it possible to achieve anything? Jay is a documentary portrait that blurs the line between past and present, a portrayal of hope and hopelessness, coming to terms with the past. With a Hi8 camera that recorded my childhood I wander to places soaked with the past to face the present. (FamuFest)
