What goes on behind the closed doors of a failing hotel? Hospitality expert Shane Green is on a mission to find out, installing hidden cameras behind the scenes to find out exactly where the problems lie. Unaware they are being watched, some of the behaviour Shane witnesses from staff and guests is downright unbelievable. Antics include an angry chef storming out during a busy lunchtime, a drunken streaker running through an unattended lobby, a waiter asking a customer for drugs and a bartender getting high on the job. Another hotel is overflowing with trash, and one resort has a problem with the gardener drink-driving the lawnmower.
