A nail-filled bomb injured more than 20 in Cologne's Keupstrasse 12 years ago. The following investigation caused even greater wounds. The police erred, thinking the attack was the settling of accounts between Turkish families, and looked for the culprits among the victims. This film allows people who were ignored for years to finally speak. As well as those actually involved, actors help to reconstruct events, drawing attention to how badly the police failed. The film's critical nature is enhanced by the visually effective use of details of the victims' faces. (One World)
