English Alfie vs Luca in a memorable scene and a quite creative shootout in the tenements in the city. All three strong personalities meet in this unique gangster masterpiece, where there are perhaps more Thompsons than shooters. ()

English The plot picked up again like in the previous episode and then slowed down similarly, so I would have given it four stars. However, the creators decided to pander to modern sensibilities in a way that felt historically inaccurate, and that deserves a penalty. There's no convincing me that a Black man could have risen to the rank of officer in the British Army in the 1920s. Colonel? Sure, and water flows uphill... ()
