After the husband of grandmother Marguerita passed away, she is supposed to move to a retirement home However, this peculiar woman has one more plan before going to such a facility: to receive absolution from the Pope himself. The decision to set out to Rome and the Vatican on her own triggers a whole adventure, and the grandmother meets a charming dodger, Lorenzo (Giancarlo Giannini). She finds out that her granddaughter's life actually isn't as chaste as everybody thought, and finds out the meeting with the Pope cannot happen without pepper spray. In this comedy, you will experience things that you haven't dreamed of together with the main character. (Febiofest)
