The Five People You Meet in Heaven

Eddie, an eighty-three-year-old war veteran who has outlived all the people he loved spends his days maintaining the rides at Ruby Pier, a seaside amusement park. On one routine morning, Eddie is killed while saving the life of a child on one of the rides. After seeing a blinding flash of lights he finds himself in an unfamiliar place called Heaven.
