The Lost Angel

Inspector Billie Palmer is a policewoman assigned to a special crimes task force. She's got a lot of problems. While on the trail of a serial killer who leaves messages in cuneiform, she wounds a suspect in self-defense and becomes the object of an Internal Affairs witch-hunt.
