A video tape was found floating around the Japanese underground in mid 1980. One unlucky viewer happened to receive a copy in the mail. Not knowing what it was, he watched the video tape that was marked The Devils Experiment. The film forever changed his life. He then sent the video to the Japanese police, who after viewing it, started an intense investigation that was never solved. Now for the 1st time ever this atrocity is here, uncut and in its entirety. (official distributor synopsis)
