Loser

Young and sheltered Paul leaves his Midwestern town to attend New York University, but he is frustrated by the antipathy of his new roommates, who instantly brand him a loser and conspire to drive him from the dorm. His spirits are bolstered when he catches sight of beautiful co-ed Dora, but his efforts at courtship are stymied by her prurient interest in Professor Alcott. Paul and Dora grow closer through commiseration, however, as each grows tired of being pushed around. (official distributor synopsis)
