Biography

Kenny Wormald is an American actor and dancer from Stoughton,
MA.

Dancing since the age of six, Kenny was accepted into Boston's prestigious Sherry Gold Studios where his talent was recognized immediately. Over the next decade, Kenny trained in every genre of dance, from ballet to tap to jazz to hip hop, and even received some acrobatic training! In 1996, at the age of 10, Kenny was selected to dance for President Clinton at the White House as a part of the annual Easter celebration but it was in 2002 when his talents were recognized on a more official level when he won the gold medal at the World Dance Championships in Riesa, Germany for a tap routine he performed.

Kenny's previous television projects include The Drew Cary Show and the MTV reality hit Dancelife, where he was one of 6 dancers followed during their times trying to make it as a professional dancer in Los Angeles. It was from that and a chance meeting at Millennium Dance Studios with casting director Karen Meisels which led to Kenny having the opportunity to audition for and ultimately be cast in “Center Stage 2,” his first leading role as an actor. He also appeared in the films “You Got Served,” “Jackass 2” and “Clerks 2.”

He has danced in music videos for such artists as Madonna, Christina Aguilera, Chris Brown, Nelly Furtado, Kylie Minogue, Mariah Carey, Jojo and Prince and has performed live and toured with numerous artists, the most notable of those being Justin Timberlake and The Pussycat Dolls, both of whom he joined for nationwide and international tours.
