Lola Beccaria

She is a Spanish writer and scriptwriter (film and television), and has won two of the most important novel awards in Spain: the "Premio Nadal" (finalist, 2001) and the "Premio Azorín" (2009). She has developed her activity in cinema, especially in the field of animation, being the author of two screenplays both nominated for Goya awards (La Tropa de Trapo en el país donde siempre brilla el sol, 2010, and La Tropa de Trapo en la selva del arcoíris, 2014). She holds a PhD in Hispanic Philology. She is also qualified in Gestalt Therapy and Coaching. She is a member of the Spanish Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
