Biography
Toronto born actress Shenae Grimes is one of the breakout stars on 90210, the CW remake of the popular series BEVERLY HILLS 90210.
Before landing the starring role as “Annie Wilson” on 90210, Shenae caught the attention of many viewers when playing good girl “Darcy Edwards” on Canadian series DEGRASSI: THE NEXT GENERATION. Her character started out as a minor role, but “Darcy” was later made a leading character and Shenae walked away from the series winning a Gemini award for her performance.
Shenae’s other credits include her role playing teenage Shania Twain in the TV movie SHANIA: A LIFE IN EIGHT ALBUMS. She also appeared in the ABC movie PICTURE THIS, opposite Ashley Tisdale. Grimes also appeared in a music video for rock band Our Lady Peace's single, “All You Did Was Save My Life,” which was filmed in April 2009.
