Théo trained at the Cours Florent. His first television roles were under the direction of Philippe Lefebvre, Christophe Lamotte and Philippe Niang. He went onto play his first major roles in series such as SKAM (David Hourrègue), La Dernière Vague (Rodolphe Tissot) for France 2 and War of the Worlds for Canal+. He made his film debut with Solveig Anspach (Lulu in the Nude), Anthony Marciano (Play), Douglas Attal (How I Became a Super Hero) and Nicolas Maury (My Best Part). In 2021, he plays Joey Starr in the long-awaited film about the early days of NTM, Authentik, directed by Audrey Estrougo (presented in the Midnight Screening at the Cannes Film Festival 2021). This role earned him a César nomination for Most promising actor in 2022. He then reunited with Audrey Estrougo for the feature film A la folie, released in 2022. In parallel, he worked internationally in the feature films Summit Fever by Julian Gilbey (2022) and the blockbuster Gran Turismo directed by Neill Blomkamp, due for release in 2023. In 2023, he also played the role of Socrates, one of the main characters in the successful Canal + series B.R.I. He was also seen in theaters in Sébastien Vaniček's feature film Vermin.
