Biography (1)
The Austrian filmmaker Robert Schabus was born in 1971 and raised on a farm in Kärtner Gailtal. He graduated with a degree in philosophy, pedagogy and media communication in 2001, and has since worked as a filmmaker, mainly creating documentaries. His previous productions Bauer unser (2016) and Democracy Ltd (2019) were followed by his Alpenland, which world premiered at Diagonale in Graz.
