Biography
Alessio Rigo de Righi studied Arts in Rome and Film Directing in New York. He has directed the documentaries Catedral (2010), Belva Nera (2013), co-directed with Matteo Zopis, Il Solengo (2015), screened at the Rotterdam Festival and winner of the City of Lisbon Award for Best Film at Doclisboa, Arte Arte Arte: el Partenón de los libros prohibidos (2018) and La leyenda del rey cangrejo (2021), premiered at the Quinzaine des Réalisateurs in Cannes and screened at the New York Film Festival.
