Biography
Jaime Rosales, born in 1970, is a Spanish filmmaker who studied filmmaking in Cuba and Australia. Before his first feature-length film, Rosales directed short films. His first feature film The Hours of the Day (2003) was awarded at Cannes Film Festival, and also his later films Dream and Silence (2012) and Beautiful Youth (2014) received a lot of positive attention in Cannes.
