Biography
Born 1976 in USSR. He graduated from Krasnodar Law Institute in 1998 and afterwards worked in the law-enforcement system. Since 2003 he has been a screenwriter and director of TV programmes and serials. In 2008, Sheliakin graduated from the Russian State University of Cinematography in Moscow. CH/B is his feature film debut.
