An impotent cross between One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and Gorillas in the Mist. ()
When I put these character archetypes next to each other (dissatisfied advocate, evil guards, mild patients), it creates one big cliché. But in this combination, the result excited me so much that I have to give this underrated film five stars. The true essence of humanity and life values usually find their way to me very easily, and thanks to the breathtaking acting performances and tear-jerking moments, Instinct made it even simpler. ()
