An old dream of Bokor S. Lajos, the marriage bureau general manager, seems to be about to be fulfilled; he is going to bring about a marriage for a millionaire's daughter. It is the wealthy Kékesi Kéky Kitty who honours his establishment, because her father has forbidden her to marry her beloved, the newspaper photographer Sátori Tamás. To revenge herself, she selects Fazekas Manó, an accountant recently dismissed by the bureau, to be her bridegroom. Quite up to the day of the marriage, (official distributor synopsis)
