Sam is a journalist who decides to use his knowledge of Islam to help the French police to uncover and arrest a fundamentalist organisation in a Parisian suburb. He infiltrates a group of young men from very different social backgrounds, who are preparing a terrorist attack. The jihadi cell is waiting for their leader's return to receive instructions. At first, Sam gains their trust, but as the attack itself approaches, his position becomes increasingly volatile. But, the way back has already disappeared. The very controversial, yet highly topical French thriller directly reacts to the situation in France after the attacks on Charlie Hebdo. (Febiofest)

English The French decided to make their own mafia film in the style of the current British school, focusing mainly on preserving the contemporary setting. Still, you have the feeling that it's all somewhat detached from reality and not actually that realistic. It's not ultra-violent, it's just kind of average. That's all. ()
