This documentary is about a coffee farmer from the town of Ma Wouj, an artisan woman from Jean Rabel, and a school for children from the remote coastal village of Baie-de-Henne. Seeds of hope are planted in the poorest region of the western hemisphere through a fair-trade coffee cooperative, a fair-trade women’s artisan initiative, and a solar energy project. The film shows the stunning natural beauty of the Haitian countryside. (Morelia International Film Festival)
