Young wannabe rapper Hak-soo (Park Jung-min) hasn’t exactly made it big time in Seoul, though he feels his break is just around the corner. But just when that break appears on the horizon, he gets a call from home that his estranged father has fallen gravely ill. Begrudgingly returning to his hometown, he can’t wait to leave again. But just as he is trying to make his exit, a case of mistaken identity lands him in the police station and unable to leave town. As this turn of events forces him to reconnect with family and friends he finds his heart may be in this small town after all. (Hawaii International Film Festival)
