In recognition of the 30th anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor, "If Tomorrow Comes" focuses on the personal impact of the attack. The year is 1941, during this distrustful and scary time of war, a girl (Patty Duke) living in California is in love with a Japanese-American (Frank Liu). Defiant in the ugly face of blind racism, the couple stands true in their relationship. Along with the many others of Japanese descent, Liu is soon rounded up and thrown into a relocation camp.
