This is like a pseudo-reconstruction of what might have led to the murders orchestrated by Charles Manson. I just have the feeling that this film is an attempt to capitalize a bit on this phenomenon, because otherwise it doesn't bring anything interesting to the table, neither in terms of psychology nor in terms of extreme cinema.
