How often do you see a Lebanese movie on TV? Not that often, right? Well, Ghadi is an outright five-star movie. The story is very interesting, slightly fairytale-like, sometimes funny, but overall, it’s a movie you won’t be able to take your eyes off. The historical environments are absolutely amazing and all of the characters are likeable. Overall, Ghadi is a really unusual movie that will open a window to a country that’s rarely seen in cinematography even despite the fact that it has a lot to offer. What other Arab country can offer you a movie that is both Muslim and Christian and at the same time, it makes fun of both religions? Ghadi is really unique and I have Cinemax to thank for an amazing movie experience. ()
