It's been almost 20 years since the collapse of the old Yugoslavia and the time for the ultimate Balkan road movie has finally come. Two writers, a Croat and a Serb, take to the road once known as "the Highway of Brotherhood and Unity" in a Yugo car, the perfect symbol of their common past. It is a route moving from the past, to the present and into future, leading from Slovenia to Macedonia through Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia. Their intention is to explore their common past in order to discover how history has divided them and where the present is leading them, and of course, to have a lot of fun doing it.
