A neo-noir in which the tenuous alliance between two rival crime crews in a small Texas City disintegrates over the course of three grueling days. The action zigzags between the slow torture on freeway construction site where the youngest brother of a notorious mob syndicate is slowly buried alive by a bad cop gone worse, and flashbacks to the twisted events of the prior days. With rapid-fire dialogue and dark humor, we see how the lust for one beautiful and treacherous woman causes the terrible demise of both sides of the seedy underworld of this lost border town. Nothing is what it seems and no one can be trusted in the labyrinth of Cement. (official distributor synopsis)
