Periferní snění

A time-lapse documentary about the fact that culture on the periphery is not a peripheral subject. The story of the local mayor Radek Vondra, of the cultural manager David Kašpar, and of a local who is the organizer of the Stop Zevling festival, Vojta Havlovec. Together they work to deepen the relationship of the people of Černý Most to the place they inhabit. Will they manage to open “Plechárna”, a cultural and creative centre, in a former boiler house at the periphery of the housing estate? Will the dream of the periphery finally come true? (FamuFest)
