While working in a wealthy vacation community the summer before college, Doug (Nick Jonas) begins an affair with the beautiful young wife (Isabel Lucas) of his powerful investment banker neighbor (Dermot Mulroney). Sexy movie that could go a bit further in what it depicts, to make it more raw and animalistic, and less contrived. It's quite well twisted, although from the beginning it's clear that something is not right with the woman. The actors, however, were well chosen, in essentially all roles. The average suits the movie.
