English It's a bit sad, but this was my first proper introduction to Jiří Trnka, at least as an adult. I think I saw something from this artistic legend as a child, but I simply don't remember it. This short film doesn't particularly stand out in any significant way, perhaps only with its rhymed texts. On the other hand, the animation is graceful and precise, although the background is quite simplified. On the other hand, it doesn't lack the atmosphere and creativity typical of shorts. ()
