Solo isn't an exceptional film, and once again, Canada has shown me that in some cases, they just can't handle these types of movies. It outlines an interesting idea, but it gets lost in execution that is completely run-of-the-mill within the genre. Plus, one can't help but feel that someone watched Friday the 13th a bit too much. Not that it's particularly similar, but the setting automatically evokes it. ()
