This morality is dedicated to planning and construction of giant objects which replace historical buildings. We watch the “action” from the first approval stamp to schematic stereotypical work of the workmen to arrival of the first official who unveils the gem. For the first time the impressive element of a ride is used here when the “animated camera” is flying through the streets. (Anifilm)
