"Into the Grizzly Maze" brought me most of what I expect from B-movies. There is good action, which has some very well-done elements, there is a story that is perfectly aligned, there are characters that are interesting and well-written. Just a bit of humor is missing here, but that can be somewhat compensated by the incredibly beautiful shots of the Alaskan wilderness. I would love to live there. ()
Into the Grizzly Maze is a no-brainer B-movie with an A-list cast. But it is rather entertaining. The atmospheric misty forests and picturesque panoramas (supposedly Alaska) are nice. There’s always some action, as barely ten minutes pass without the titular grizzly bear making an appearance. A strong two stars. ()
If it weren’t for the beautiful Alaskan landscape, this movie would deserve a Boo! review. I simply can’t understand how they got so many interesting actors to play in such a bullshit movie. I mean who is it worth for to act in a movie that is pretending to be a horror movie where the main antagonist is a bear? That poor bear… those morons he had to deal with were definitely not something to be envious of. ()
