Twenty years ago, there were several films made about the revolutionary fever that gripped Chile in the 1970s, during the government of Salvador Allende. One of these films, La batalla de Chile, travelled around the world. In 1997, the auteur came back to Santiago to roam again the original setting and find some of the characters of the film.
