English The concert itself is awesome. I mostly liked the choice of songs, but I would have happily added a few more. As a Glee fan, I would have welcomed more of the lives of the actors and less of their fans. I was expecting the cast's feelings before and after filming, footage from on set, or at least interviews with the people behind the filming. I was pleased with Gwyneth Paltrow's participation, I missed the teacher. 4 stars. ()

English In terms of music, choreography, or fandom, this is Glee in its purest form. But not from a technical standpoint. As soon as they start singing, I can melt (the transition from "Jesse's Girl" to "Valerie" in particular is breathtaking) and my eyes devour the same people as in the series because Dianna Agron, Lea Michele, and Naya Rivera are always irresistible. But I can't praise the fan shots and especially their life stories. I acknowledge that Jaene's story is touching and deserves to be included in this montage, but by the third time around Josey was starting to bother me, and after a while I wanted to murder Trenton. I understand why he was included, but when I'm watching a Glee concert, I'm not interested in seeing an unappealing person who in four shots always says, "high school was really lame and then I saw Glee." Were it not for these unrealized creative intentions of Kevin Tancharoen, I would have given this an immediate five, and Glee: The 3D Concert Movie would be among the films of the year. Seeing Lea singing or Heather Morris dancing from such a close proximity and singing along with them to "Loser Like Me" must be an electrifying experience. ()

English If I had to see this in the movie theater I’d have to shoot myself. Even assuming I felt the need to enjoy "I'm a slave 4U," there's still a useless narrator spoiling the experience and cuts to useless fans. It needed at least two separate projects - a pure concert and a documentary about fans. You can't put all of it together. ()
