"Madonna mia, I hit him with my hat!" A hilarious comedy set in a Moravian village awaiting the visit of the ever grateful Italian Carlos, who was hidden during wartime, mayor of "almost all of Italy" and an avid bear hunter. The hunt for a shaggy bear, which a visitor could kill, is very entertaining (especially the circus tamer Josef Hlinomaz shone again) and the final hunt was also good. The script is full of witty lines and the likeable cast only adds to its impact. ()
