When you are unemployed, lolling idly at home, and the only thing your girlfriend wants you to do is to buy a satellite dish, you better get to the shop on time. Otherwise, you might face an ultimatum just like the main protagonist of this crazy Finnish road movie. To acquire the desired device in the snowbound Scandinavian landscape during the freezing night is a hell of a problem for Janne and his two friends. One bizarre adventure follows another, framed in the beautiful polar landscape. However, the typical Scandinavian melancholia flickers in between the encounters with drunken Russians, a pool full of female rugby players, and flaying a caribou, and the relationship drama slowly drips from the omnipresent icicles.
