Based on true events, "Last Stop 174" tells the story of Sandro, a boy who loved to rap, to kiss, and whose dream was to see Copacabana. Sandro witnessed the murder of his mother and then moved to his aunt`s, from where he escaped and became a street child. The movie tells the parallel saga of Marisa, a mother searching for her son who was stolen from her when he was still a baby, by the drug kingpin of the ghetto where she lived. The two stories intertwine and culminate in the hijacking of a city bus. (official distributor synopsis)
