This is truly an incredible display of bad filmmaking, with the Czechs being more responsible for it than is healthy. There is an attempt at mythology in the plot, but the story that unfolds is incredibly unoriginal. The acting is terrible, even from the Czech actors. However, I feel like this is what was expected of them. The film was reportedly much talked about in its time, and a comic book was created. Well, the result is that today's generation has no idea that such a thing exists.
