Similar films are quite rewarding because they not only show you that even a country like Cambodia is capable of making a film, but also that the film itself is very good and it demonstrates what life is like in that country, and what poverty can look like and mean. Some fates one can't even properly imagine. And maybe we don't want to. But these movies are here to pull back the curtain a little. ()
