This documentarist film is about a juvenile delinquent's unsuccessful after-education. Two prospective psychologists decide to patronise Barta Jancsi. They visit him in prison and get him accommodation and a job, not sparing their time, energy and money, in order to isolate him from his ex-accomplices. Gábor helps him load vegetable cases, while Irén sews the button on his favourite chequered shirt. They both demonstrate his equality by offering him to call them by their first names. However, Irén's effort to help is wasted, since Gábor looks upon the reserved Jancsi as a study-topic, so he finally flees to the country, to his sister. (official distributor synopsis)
