A comedy that is sometimes quite funny, but at times it slips into humor that is rather awkward or even pitiful. Jack Lemmon can still carry such a film in a way that you'll enjoy it, even though his character may seem straightforward in terms of acting. But Jack gives it just the right touch. Moreover, Virna Lisi doesn't let herself be embarrassed in comedic roles. ()
