Filmmaker, teacher and film programmer. She has worked both in cultural and informative television; she was a scriptwriter for the TV-show Tesis (2001-11) of Canal 2 Andalucía and worked in the production and realization of documentary cinema. Her creative partner is Alejandro Alvarado, with whom she has written and directed the award-winning works El reverso de la Realidad (2007) and Pepe el andaluz (2012). She teaches Audiovisual Communication at the University of Málaga. She belongs to the organization Kinodetor, where, in collaboration with other Andalusian filmmakers, she develops projects that explore the pedagogical possibilities of cinematographic creation. Since 2013, she has been part of the selection committee of the Documentary Official Section of the Malaga Film Festival and coordinates the documentary film meetings Málaga Docs.
