Biography
Martina Buchelová (b. 1988, Rimavská Sobota, Czechoslovakia) earned her bachelor's degree in cultural studies from Bratislava's Comenius University in 2010, after which she studied film and television direction at the city's Academy of Performing Arts. She spent 2012–2013 on an Erasmus scholarship at FAMU in Prague. She is currently working on her bachelor film with the working title MagicMoments and is also developing the feature film The Contest, which she submitted for the MIDPOINT programme.
